Congratulations to the CD Rams Boys Soccer Team for winning the District III-AAA Soccer Championship.
CD High School will present its fall play, Romeo and Juliet, November 12th and 13th at
7 p.m. and November 14th at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. The Saturday afternoon performance is a
benefit for the Four Diamonds. Tickets are available at the door and $3 for students and $6 for adults.
Christian Green, Natasha Cebular, Kelonie Brookin, and Halli Anderson of Paxtonia Elementary School were the top vote getters in the PA Attorney General’s Red Ribbon Week Calendar Poster Contest. Congratulations students!
Swatara Middle School U.S. History classes from Mr. Benjamin Surmacz and Kim Wenrich participated in a Constitutional Convention.
Pick up your Karns Supermarket Reward Card and participate in the Karns 1 for the Schools Program to support the CD RamBand. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the card to activate.

Students from Penn State Harrisburg’s Multi-Cultural Recruiting Club visited the 9th grade academy students at CD East High to speak to them about the importance of making wise decisions in high school and planning for their college careers.
E.H. Phillips will hold monthly “fun runs” where everyone from kindergartners to principal, Mrs. Deb Stover, half hour outdoors activity. Participants are encouraged to walk, jog or run. The first run for this school year was during Red Ribbon week and entitled “Red”y to exercise.” This month in honor of Thanksgiving, a “Turkey Trot” will be held. Well done Phillips!
Middle Paxton Elementary Student Council held an Annual Shelter Drive October 5th -8th to collect supplies for a local animal shelter. They held a contest to see which grade could collect the most supplies. Among the items collected by the students, were peanut butter, cat litter, small boxes, blankets, food, treats and toys. The fourth grade collected the most items. Way to go Middle Paxton!
Paxtang Elementary School staff and students will be exercising their patriotic duty by holding a Veterans Day event around their flag pole on Veterans Day, November 11th.
