Students:  If you have any questions or concerns about your homework you can email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Brief Course Descriptions

This course is designed to be the equivalent of the general chemistry course usually taken during the first year of college.  AP Chemistry is intended for students who have completed General Chemistry with an overall grade of B or better.  In addition, because of the intensive mathematics involved, a recommended prerequisite for an AP Chemistry class is the successful completion of Algebra II.

During this course you will learn chemistry information including it's history, important vocabulary, math fomulas, theories and laws.  Labs will be used to enforce the material covered during class.  The recommended math prerequisite for a General Chemistry class is students should have taken or are currently taking Algebra II.
