Landis Field Track Community Access Passes Eligible Central Dauphin School District (CDSD) residents aged 18 and older can access the Landis Field (4600 Locust Lane) track using a $5 Community Facility Pass. Getting approved requires clearing background checks and requesting an access badge from the district’s Safety & Security team.
