Welcome to Third Grade!

My Name is Mrs. Jayme Soles.  I live in Linglestown with my husband, Brandon, & our three sons: Noah, Dylan, and Ryan. I enjoy reading, going to the beach, exercising, and watching my boys play baseball.  I will be your 3rd grade teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! This will be my 22nd year teaching & my sixth year at North Side Elementary.  I am excited to make this my best year yet!

I grew up in Harrisburg and I attended North Side Elementary. As a kid, I loved riding my bike with my younger sisters and playing with Barbies. I was a cheerleader for the Colts and my husband was a football player.  That’s how we met.  We’ve known each other since we were 9 years old!

In May of 2001, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Penn State University. In August 2007, I graduated from PSU for the 2nd time with a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum with my Reading Specialist Certification.

We are going to have an amazing year learning and growing together!
