Here are some activities to complete at home to help you stay active and healthy!
1) My Super Schedule - This schedule will help you plan out your day. This will help you create a healthy and productive routine. If you don't have access to a printer at home you can copy the schedule format onto a piece of paper.
2) Pokemon Scavenger Hunt - Follow the directions to "catch" different Pokemon by completing exercises. Even if you don't like Pokemon, this a fun way to exercise!
3) Take Care Of - See how many of the activities you can complete to take care of yourself, your family, and your home.
