• Here are some activities to complete at home to help you stay active and healthy!

     

    1) My Super Schedule - This schedule will help you plan out your day. This will help you create a healthy and productive routine. If you don't have access to a printer at home you can copy the schedule format onto a piece of paper. 

     

    2) Pokemon Scavenger Hunt - Follow the directions to "catch" different Pokemon by completing exercises. Even if you don't like Pokemon, this a fun way to exercise!

     

    3) Take Care Of - See how many of the activities you can complete to take care of yourself, your family, and your home.

Mr. Toone

Mr. Toone teaches Health & Physical Education at Chambers Hill and Tri-C Elementary Schools.
 
Growing up he attended Paxtang Elementary School, Swatara Middle School, and CD East High School before studying Health/PE at Slippery Rock University. He then earned a Master's in Online Teaching from Wilkes University. Currently, he is a Doctoral student at Wilkes University working on an EdD in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Technology.
 
Mr. Toone loves teaching students how to live healthy lives while enjoying a variety of physical activities!
