Hello, North Side students and families!

My name is Emily Strausbaugh, and I am the School Psychologist at North Side Elementary School. I started working in the district in January of 2022 but have worked as a School Psychologist since June of 2009. I am looking forward to getting to know the students and families at North Side! 

School Psychologists are members of school teams who apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. They partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments. I am looking forward to working with all our amazing staff to meet the needs of all the students in our building.
