    What is Charms Office Assistant?

    Charms is a web-based software that is an all-encompassing office assistant. It will keep track of all your student and parent information such as email addresses, phone numbers, groups, chaperones. It organizes inventory and financial information including fundraisers and student account information and trip payments.  In addition, students and parents have access 24/7 to their information.

     
    All NEW performing ensemble students are to fill out an initial Charms Set-up Form located on each ensemble page. Once complete, the student will be provided a Log-in and Password by their ensemble instructor.
