• What is Charms Office Assistant?

     

    Charms is a web-based software that is an all-encompassing office assistant. It will keep track of all your student and parent information such as email addresses, phone numbers, groups, and chaperones. It organizes inventory and financial information including fundraisers and student account information and trip payments.  In addition, students and parents have 24/7 access to their information.
     
    All NEW performing ensemble students are to fill out an initial Charms Set-up Form located on each ensemble page. Once complete, the student will be provided a Log-in and Password by their ensemble instructor.
