Mrs. Alicia Dilger
My name is Alicia Dilger and I am the K-2 Autistic Support teacher at West Hanover Elementary School. I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher.
I’d like to take this opportunity to share a little bit about myself. I received a dual certification in Elementary and Special Education from Lock Haven University in 2008. After graduating from college, I moved to London, England and taught for a year in a special needs school. After returning to the US, I moved to Harrisburg. In 2014, I earned my Master's Degree in Multicultural Education. This is my 13th year teaching in the Central Dauphin School District and my 11th year teaching autistic support.
My husband and I have two daughters, a dog and a cat. We enjoy traveling and hiking. Some of my hobbies include running, swimming and reading.
