• In November 2014, the Central Dauphin School District was awarded a Act 147 grant by Dauphin County Emergency Management. With the assistance of the grant the DSS is able to build a Districtwide Radio Network and Incident Command.

    • In December 2014, the Central Dauphin School District was awarded a Safe Schools Initiative Grant by the Pa Department of Education. With the assistance of the grant, DSS was able to provide emergency “Go-Kits” to over 300 classrooms.
