    1st Grade:  How can we use our voice? (Recognizing the 4 voices: singing, speaking, shouting, and whispering)

    2nd Grade: How do we keep a steady beat? (Using our bodies, instruments, and beyond to keep a beat to music of various speeds)

    3rd Grade: How can we use rhythms to create a poem? (Connecting rhythmic syllables to syllables in words to create a poem)

    4th Grade: How can we identify instruments in the band and orchestra? (A brief review of the instrument families in the band and orchestra ensembles)

    5th Grade: How do I identify pitches on the treble clef? (A brief review before exploring the pitches and mnemonic device for the bass clef)
