Upon completion of the annual performance assessment, the board of school directors is required to post the date of the assessment and whether or not the district superintendent has met the agreed to objective performance standards on the school district's publicly accessible internet website.

The Central Dauphin Board of School Directors announces that Dr. Carol Johnson has met all of the Superintendent's Performance Standards for the previous school year set forth by the Board.
SUPERINTENDENT’S OBJECTIVE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
I. Student Achievement and Academic Success
OPS: The superintendent will work with the executive staff, building administrators, supervisors, and teachers to provide logistical support and resources for the ongoing RRR (Rigor Relevance Relationships).
a. By leading the ongoing implementation of RRR
b. By providing ongoing RRR professional development activities and support
c. By communicating about RRR to the Board, staff, and families
d. By developing a robust structure for monitoring the delivery of RRR activities into every classroom
e. By leading conversations with principals and staff regarding student academic growth
f. By supporting action plans with building leadership teams for upcoming school years as a result of the ongoing review of student data
II. Budget and Fiscal Responsibility
OPS: The superintendent will work with the executive staff to develop, monitor, and administer a balanced budget while directing maximum possible resources toward ongoing enhancements to the academic programs of the district.
a. By presenting budget recommendations for the school year that support the ongoing implementation of teaching and learning activities through the RRR Transformation.
b. By evaluating current programs in order to continuously update content in the classrooms.
III. Technology and Blended Learning
OPS: To support the transformation of teaching and learning to a more personalized learning model.
a. By recruiting teacher leaders to participate in a Digital Cohort to transform their teaching practice into one that supports a more personalized learning experience for their students.
b. By developing a Blended Learning Pilot Project in order to enhance instruction and learning through a more personalized learning experience for students.
c. By providing professional development activities for selected teachers with an emphasis on blended learning activities
