    Marching Band Welcome Letter 

    Please check the CHARMS website for up-to-date Itineraries, information, publications, calendars, etc. 
    Absence Request Form--Use this to request for an absence; if you miss a rehearsal without this form being approved, your absence will be unexcused.
    Marching Band Contract This is the document that seals the deal.  They will be made available at the parent meeting, and are due no later than June 5th, 2019.  It is imperative that this document is collected on time.  We will finalize planning for the summer and fall season based on these contracts.  Mr. Glidewell will accept them early (even from MS students, you can mail or email them to me or bring them to the next rehearsal).
    Marching Band Medical Form This form is incredibly important for us to be able to care for your child should the need arise.  This, too, is due no later than June 5th, 2019.
    Marching Band Fee Form This form list all of the fees students are expected to pay for the marching band season.  The fees families are expected to pay are all for materials students will use and keep (e.g. T-shirts, shoes, gloves, etc.), or for services provided for the students (e.g. Friday night meals, uniform cleaning).

    CHARMS Parent Letter This provides instructions on how to update family contact information for director communication purposes.
