I grew up in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania and moved to central PA 7 years ago. I live with my husband and two children; Gianna is 9 and Carter is 4. Since they keep me busy, I don’t have a ton of time for my hobbies. However, I certainly enjoy playing with my two children, and I love to play card games, board games, and even video games.

The 20-21 school year starts my 18th year teaching. I graduated from Penn State with my undergraduate teaching degree, I also received a Master’s in Classroom Technology, and just finished a certification in ESL. Up to January of this year, I have always taught 6th grade, mostly ELA. This will be my first full year in 5th grade. I’m looking forward to the adventures of this year!
