    Mr. George H Diehl is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Music and Vocal Performance degree in Music Education. He also holds a Master of Education from Vally Forge Christian College, focusing on music technology and audio production. Mr. Diehl began his teaching career at his alma mater, Seneca High School, in Erie, Pennsylvania. Afterward, he relocated to the Central Dauphin School District, where he taught at East Middle School, then transferred to East High School, teaching chorus Recording and Sound and keyboard. Mr. Diehl is an active member of TI:ME (Technology In Music Education), the American Choral Directors Association of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, where he has been a guest director and a clinician in addition to conducting the Susquehanna Youth Chorale for twenty seasons.

    As a vocalist, Mr. Diehl has performed in numerous Central Pennsylvania community theatre and operatic productions. His most recent production was Theater Harrisburg's world premiere of the musical The Scarlet Letter. Other past credits include The Secret Garden, Pirates of Penzance, Sondheim on Sondheim, Urinetown, the Musical, and  The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.
