Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Heather Conrad and I am a Learning Support Teacher at EH Phillips Elementary!  This will be my 18th year teaching. Previously, I was a learning support teacher at Paxtonia Elementary for 9 years and Commonwealth Charter Academy (CCA) for 5 years.  Then, I returned to the CD school district as a paraprofessional in the Autistic support classroom at EH Phillips. After a year there, I transitioned to a learning support teacher position at EH Phillips! I love this school and I am so happy to be teaching here!

I am married and have 3 kids. My oldest daughter's name is Lilly. She is in 10th grade at Central Dauphin East High. My middle daughter's name is Aubrey. She is in 9th grade at Central Dauphin East High.  My girls are both in the CD East High School Marching Band. Lilly participates in Color Guard and Aubrey plays the Saxaphone. My youngest child is my son, Dylan. He is in 5th grade at EH Phillips.  Dylan plays travel soccer for CASA. I also have a dog named Milo. Milo is part pug/part jack russel.
