• Shared Leadership Teams
     
    Teachers meet monthly as a united faculty family along with the principal. The purpose of the monthly meetings is to focus on our current student achievement level and acquisition rate at each grade level in reading and math, as well as to remain current on Best Practices proven to best support positive gain in student achievement.  Teachers also serve on smaller, focused leadership teams including:
     
    Children's Assistance Program
    Positive behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS)
