CDHS SCHEDULE CHANGE PROCEDURE
Students who are requesting a change to their class schedules must use the procedure described below in order to facilitate that change:
OPTION 1 – Mail-in or Drop off Form
A schedule change form will be available on our website. You may download and print this form at home, get the required parent and student signature, and then mail the form to school or drop it off in the high school office.
Go to www.cdschools.org
Select “Central Dauphin High School”
Click on the link called “Schedule Change Form”
Mail the completed form to:

Harrisburg, PA 17112
You may also drop this form off at the high school office.
OPTION 2 – Call in your request
Parents or guardians may call in the request every weekday between 7:40 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. beginning August 15. A person will take the information and forward your request to a guidance counselor. There are only two telephone numbers set up to take these calls. They are 703-5361 Ext. 338 or 703-5360 Ext. 327.
Counselors will work on all schedule changes as they are received. Once the changes have been made a revised schedule will be mailed out.
