      • Educators are able to observe student reading behaviors one-on-one, engage in comprehension conversations that go beyond retelling, and make informed decisions that connect assessment to instruction to determine student’s independent and instructional reading levels

     

    Optional Assessments (adminstered as needed sometimes 3 times a year)

    • PSI - Phonics Screening Inventory from 95% Group - assessment to determine strengths and areas of need for support in phonics skills
    • Sight Word Inventory
    • Program Placement Tests
