Dave & Busters Power Card Fundraiser!
Power Card Fundraiser forms were sent home with students this month! West Hanover PTA gets 50% back of all sales through the fundraiser. Additional order forms can be found HERE and must be returned with payment (check only) by 12/13. Cards purchased through the fundraiser have 22% bonus credits. Please note: Power Cards are for games only!
Orders will also be taken at Holiday Shoppe.
Holiday Shoppe & West Hanover Gives Back

West Hanover Gives Back
Join us for our 2nd annual West Hanover Gives Back event, which will be combined with Holiday Shoppe this year. We will be collecting:
1. Gently used, outgrown, spirit wear, to make a spirit wear closet for students who don’t have spirit wear
2. Stretchy knit gloves to be included with NutriPacks
3. Gently used toys for LifePoint Church
4. Cans of dog and cat food for the Humane Society (they don’t need towels/blankets at this time)
5. Cash donations for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Pick a cause and drop off your donation when you bring your student to the Holiday Shoppe (Friday, December 6th, 6-8pm & Saturday, December 7th, 10am-12pm.
Staff Cookie Tins
Each year the West Hanover PTA provides cookie tins to each teacher. The cookies are provided through donations. If you are interested in signing up to donate cookies, please sign up HERE. More information can be found on the Staff Appreciation page.

Join the PTA!
PTA meetings are typically held the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm. Free childcare is always provided. Most meetings are about an hour long. We are always in need of help to lead and/or particpate events for our school. To get an idea of committees, click here or review our membership guide. To join the PTA send 2019-2020 PTA Membership form to school with your child or attend the first meeting, Thursday, September 5th at 7 pm. Check the monthly PTA Newsletter to confirm monthly PTA meeting day and time! We can't wait to see you this year!

The PTA has provided these notes to give parents a quick and easy way to communicate routine absences such as:
- being late to school due to doctor/ dental appointment
- early dismissal for medical or other appointment
- returning to school after being absent for illness
- will be a car rider rather than a bus rider for a particular school day
**When applicable, the above form should be accompanied by a note from the doctor/ dentist.
