Director of Innovation and Technology

I am honored to serve as the Director of Innovation and Technology for Central Dauphin School District—a district that has been home to me since 2010 as both an educator and instructional technology leader. My work has always centered on what is best for students: supporting teachers, strengthening systems, and ensuring that technology meaningfully enhances teaching, learning, and district operations.

I began my career in the classroom, designing engaging learning experiences that blended paper-and-pencil activities with digital tools to create meaningful and flexible learning for students. That perspective continues to anchor my leadership, ensuring that innovation stays connected to the realities of teaching and learning.

Over the past several years, I have worked at the district level as an Instructional Technology Specialist, collaborating across academics, IT, and administration to support strategic planning, professional learning, and technology implementation.

A major focus of my work has been building capacity across the district—supporting initiatives like the Digital Cohort and helping educators integrate technology in ways that are purposeful, accessible, and aligned to instructional goals. I am passionate about ensuring that innovation is not just forward-thinking, but also practical, sustainable, and equitable for all students.

I look forward to continuing to work alongside our staff and leadership teams to strengthen our systems, align technology with instructional priorities, and expand opportunities for all students.

Outside of my work in education, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband is also a teacher in the district, and together we have two adult sons. In my free time, I enjoy photography, sewing, and kayaking.
