We invite you to get involved this school year with our PTA. The PTA CONNECTS OUR COMMUNITY with events such as Mayfair and Fall Fest, SUPPORTS OUR CHILDREN by providing money for classroom supplies and reading programs, and AMPLIFIES OUR VOICE by giving us the opportunity to chair committees and lead school events.
The PTA believes that together we can make every child’s potential a reality—but we need more believers like YOU. We need YOU. Will you join us?

Join the PTA!
Any level of your time is greatly appreciated by the PTA and, even more so, the kids! We have many committees to choose from -- jobs big or small, and projects you can do from home or at school. Take a look at all of our great committees here! If you find one that speaks to your interests and talents, use this Google Form to participate in a committee(s) or to chair a committee(s).
To join our PTA, please sign up online or print this membership form and return to your child's teacher in an envelope marked “PTA MEMBERSHIP.” Cash or checks made payable to “West Hanover PTA” are accepted. To vote at a general meeting or to chair a committee, you must be a paid member. Cost is $10 for one person or $20 for the family.
You can join the PTA at any time during the school year. We look forward to supporting our school and children together with you!
Thanks to overwhelming support from our sponsors, we are excited to announce that every student and staff will receive a free West Hanover T-shirt this year! T-shirts went home with students on 2/2/23.
Upcoming Meeting and Events
The PTA meets on the first Tuesday of every month in the school cafeteria, 7PM. Free childcare is provided. We hope to see you there!

WH PTA Easy Fill Absentee note
The PTA has provided these notes to give parents a quick and easy way to communicate routine absences such as:
- being late to school due to doctor/ dental appointment
- early dismissal for medical or other appointment
- returning to school after being absent for illness
- will be a car rider rather than a bus rider for a particular school day
**When applicable, the above form should be accompanied by a note from the doctor/ dentist.
