Welcome to the 2022-23 school year!
I hope that all of our families had a very safe and happy summer.
I am very excited to let you know that this school year will be my last year, as I will retire in June.

On my google classroom, under the classwork tab, there are many stories that I recorded to address common topics of concern with children:  grief, pet loss, organization, using kind words, moving, handling worry, including others and many more. Listen to them with your children!
On the mainpage of the CD schools webpage, there is a resource called CDSD resource site.  Many community contacts are listed to assist with family concerns.
    Golden rules for parents:
    1.  Do not be afraid to consequent, praise, and reward your children.
    2.  Do what you say you are going to do.
    3.  You are a parent, not your child's friend.
"In cooperation with parents, staff, and community, I will provide developmental, educational, preventative, and responsive services
with the intent of encouraging and supporting the lifelong development of the personal/social, academic, and career growth of each student."
