SPRING SPORTS PHYSICAL DATES:

Spring sports physicals will be offered for $20.00 (cash or checks accepted) on Thursday, February 7 at Central Dauphin High School, and Thursday, February 14 at Central Dauphin East High School, at 2:45pm in the gym lobby.  Packets are available online at www.cdschools.org or picked up in the main office, athletic training room, or nurses office.  If you are unable to attend the school offered physicals, the packet may be signed by your family doctor.  Physical packets must be dated after Monday, January 21, 2013 and turned into the Athletic Training Staff by Wednesday, February 27, 2013.  Athletes who played a fall or winter sport and going out for a spring sport must complete the CDSD & PIAA Re-certification packet and attend one of the spring physical sports dates.  There is no cost for re-certification physicals
